Wooden Doll Beds

Our handmade wooden doll beds are inspired by vintage European children's beds — a cozy place to tuck in a favorite doll or stuffy at bedtime. Each one is made from solid white oak in our Boise, Idaho shop, with sizes available for 14" and 18" dolls. Pair it with our linen and cotton bedding for the full bedtime set.

Materials & Care

Our doll beds are made from solid white oak with a plant-based hardwax oil finish, built to be played with every day and still look lovely in a child's room. To keep yours looking its best, dust it with a soft, dry cloth, wipe up spills promptly, and avoid harsh or abrasive cleaners.

Every doll bed is made by us in Boise, Idaho. When you choose a Sofia & Nils toy, you're supporting American craftsmanship and a small family business, and getting a piece shaped and finished by hand with care.

Sizes & Materials

The Adela doll bed comes in two sizes, so you can choose the right fit for your child's doll or stuffed animal. Not sure which size to choose? Measure the doll from head to toe and choose the bed with some room to spare.

14" Doll Bed

For dolls and stuffed animals up to about 14" (36 cm).
Interior: 15" × 9.25"
Exterior: 16.5" × 11" × 15.5" tall

18" Doll Bed

For dolls around 18" (46 cm) tall. The larger size gives an 18-inch doll comfortable room for a pillow and blanket.
Interior: approx. 19" × 9.25"
Exterior: approx. 21" × 11" × 15.5" tall

Solid White Oak

Pale, straight-grained oak with a natural finish. Its light, warm appearance pairs easily with both traditional and modern children's rooms.

Doll Bed FAQ

Measure your doll from head to toe. Choose the 14" bed for dolls up to about 14 inches and the 18" bed for dolls around 18 inches tall. Both sizes have room for a pillow and blanket.

Yes. Choose the 18" size at checkout. The 14" bed is too small for 18-inch dolls.

No. Every Adela doll bed arrives fully assembled and ready for play.

The Adela is made from solid white oak with a plant-based hardwax oil finish. We don't use plywood or particleboard.

Bedding is sold separately. Our 3-piece linen and cotton Adela Doll Bedding Set is made to fit both sizes.
