SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?

Please refer to the shipping note on the product(s) you’re interested in to see the estimated processing time. Once your product is shipped, delivery within the United States typically takes 3-5 business days. For orders shipped outside the US, please allow 5-10 business days or more, depending on potential customs delays.

We ship orders on regular business days, excluding weekends. If you need your product by a specific date, please contact us at hello@sofiaandnils.com, and we’ll let you know if we can meet your request.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout.

Where is my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking number. If your package gets lost in transit, we will do everything we can to assist you. However, we cannot be held responsible for packages once proof of delivery has been generated. Once the carrier has taken possession of the package, we cannot be responsible for items that have been lost or stolen after delivery.

I’ve waiting a long time for my package, what’s happening?

Packages shipped outside the USA can take longer due to being held by your country’s customs. Unfortunately, this is something we cannot speed up. Customs usually takes between 3-5 business days, but on rare occasions, it can take several weeks.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we do! Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. Please be aware that we are not responsible for any tariffs or customs duties imposed by the destination country. All international sales are final and not eligible for a refund.

Do I need to pay customs if I live outside of the United States?

This depends on your location. We highly recommend checking with your local post office regarding customs duties for packages arriving from the United States.

In compliance with the law, we will declare the correct value on all customs forms.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard and American Express cards.

Your personal online security is important to us. Your order will be processed via a secure server and the personal information you submit to us will be completely protected.

CHANGES & RETURNS

Can I cancel or modify my order once it has been placed?

If you have any modification requests or need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel or modify your order, but we will try our best to accommodate all requests.

What is your return policy?

Domestic Orders
Products purchased through the website can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. Please email us at hello@sofiaandnils.com with your name, order number, and a detailed note, and we will send you a return label. The returned item(s) must be in original condition and be returned in original packaging with a copy of the order receipt.

Refunds will take approximately 7-10 days from the time the item is received. When shipping the return back, please include your order receipt with the item/items. As we receive your return, we will issue the return to the payment method assuming the return is approved. The returned item(s) will be subject to a 20% restocking fee on the full retail price. Shipping is not refundable, unless we have made a shipping error.

After 7 days the sale is final and returns will not be accepted.

International Orders
Unfortunately, we are not able to offer returns on international orders at this time.

Custom Orders
Custom designed or custom sized pieces are not eligible for exchange or return.
